I’m a functional registered dietitian nutritionist, diabetes educator, and mind body coach with over 30 years experience in helping clients transform their health. I’m a West Texas native and graduate of Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in food and nutrition, and have continued my education as a certified diabetes educator, in functional nutrition, functional health coaching, eating psychology and mind body nutrition and am continually learning the latest strategies to help clients achieve their goals. I combine traditional medical nutrition therapy with holistic nutrition and lifestyle strategies to help clients get to the root of their health conditions to allow their bodies to heal while helping them have a healthy relationship with food and body. I believe each person’s journey is unique and requires an individualized approach, and my vision is to help people find their own Optimal Health Blueprint to achieve better health and vitality.
